(Spencer)– An investigation on Thursday of last week into a smell of marijuana coming from an apartment in Spencer resulted in the arrests of two people on drug charges.
The Spencer Police Department says officers obtained and executed a search warrant at 110 4th Street Southeast apartment 117. They say that resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old Ashley Bosler of Spencer on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance marijuana…2nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
28-year-old Brighton Jones, also of Spencer, was also arrested. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence…2nd offense, child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance marijuana…2nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were booked into the Clay county jail.
