(Estherville)– An at-large member of the Estherville City Council is stepping down. Brandon Carlin recently submitted his resignation from the position.
The city council will consider how to fill the vacancy during their regular meeting this coming Monday. They could either appoint someone to fill the remainder of Carlin’s term, or hold a special election.
