(Spencer)– A Ruthven man was charged Monday for allegedly violating a no-contact order.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old William Hale is accused of contacting the protected party while he was in jail, after having been instructed by a judge not to do so.
Authorities say Hale was in jail on previous charges out of Palo Alto county.
