(Larchwood)– A traffic stop Sunday in the parking lot of a northwest Iowa casino resulted in the arrest of a Mountain Lake, Minnesota man.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the parking lot of the Grand Falls Casino near Larchwood. An investigation resulted in the driver, Dean Prachomphonh of Mountain Lake, Minnesota, being charged with operating while intoxicated…1st offense; possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of a prescription drug; no valid registration; no proof of insurance and lights of improper color on the rear of the vehicle. He was booked into the Lyon county jail.
