(Estherville)– Drug charges have been filed against two Armstrong men in separate investigations.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Colton Neusch was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance…1st offense…marijuana after authorities investigated a complaint of controlled substances at 202 3rd Street in Armstrong.
In another case, the Emmet and Kossuth Sheriff’s Offices executed a search warrant March 13th at 702 2nd Street in Armstrong. It turned up controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. 26-year-old Joshua Smith was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities say Smith was also wanted on a Kossuth county warrant.
