(Spencer)– A Spencer man wanted on an active Clay county warrant has been taken into custody. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Matthew Van Maanen was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say Van Maanen was wanted for failure to appear at a pre-trial conference on an original charge of theft in the 2nd degree. He was booked into the Clay county jail on a $5,000 bond.
