(Sheldon)– A Worthington man escaped injury Friday when a vehicle he was driving collided with a bridge on Highway 60 about a half mile south of Sheldon.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Jose Melendez-Rosa was driving a 2001 Toyota southbound when he lost control of the vehicle, which sustained about $3,000 in damage.
Melendez-Rosa was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and failure to maintain control.
