(Estherville)– An investigation in to a report of suspicious person in some backyards in the 300 block of 1st Avenue in Armstrong Thursday evening resulted in the arrest of an Armstrong man.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrived a little before 8:30 pm and found a man standing behind a building. The suspect was in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. 40-year-old Jason Polzin was arrested and booked into jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense…marijuana; possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense…methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He’s being held in the Emmet county jail on a $15,000 cash bond.
Authorities say the incident remains under investigation.
