(Spirit Lake)– A 15 member jury with three alternates was seated this (Fri.) morning in the trial of Steve Titterington, a former bus driver with the Okoboji Community School District accused of sexually abusing a teen.
Open arguments were held late this morning, with testimony to get underway when court reconvenes at 12:50 this (Fri.) afternoon. The trial is expected to continue into the first part of next week.
Titterington is being tried on charges of sexual abuse in the 3rd degree and sexual exploitation by a school employee.
