(Spirit Lake)– A district judge has ruled in favor of a drainage district in a dispute over who’s responsible for repairing a tile line in the West Okoboji Harbor area. There had been an ongoing disagreement between the district and the West Okoboji Harbor Lot Owner’s Association as to who actually owned the failed line. The dispute eventually wound up in court and County Attorney Steve Goodlow says the ruling was filed February 10th…
