(Hartley)– A Hartley man escaped injury last week after losing control of a vehicle he was driving on a snow covered road.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Pierce Van Sloten was driving a 2006 Chevrolet pickup eastbound on 320th street. The vehicle left the road and went into the ditch, coming to rest on its top.
Damage to the pickup was estimated at nearly $4,000.
