(Rock Rapids)– A traffic stop New Year’s Eve in Lyon county resulted in the arrest of a Hartley man.
The Lyon county Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a 2001 Toyota at the intersection of 210th Street and Highway 182. An investigation resulted in the driver, Mckinsey Scroggin of Hartley, being arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
The Iowa State Patrol assisted in the stop.
