(Primghar)– A Primghar man escaped injury Thursday evening when a vehicle he was driving left the road, went into a ditch and flipped onto its roof.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Eduardo Millan Herrera was northbound in the 4000 mile of Silver Avenue when the crash happened.
