(Undated)– Main highways in the region are back open as of early this (Saturday) afternoon. Road crews were able to make good progress through the day, even though they were hampered in many locations by numerous vehicles and semis that had been stranded.
Officials caution, however, that there are still some areas with narrow cuts and where tow truck operators are working, so additional caution in those areas is advised.
