Dickinson Co. Supervisors To Consider “Resignation Agreement” With County Attorney

December 09, 2022 Steve Schwaller

(Spirit Lake)– It appears as though Dickinson county’s top prosecutor may be stepping down. According to the agenda for this coming Tuesday’s meeting, December 13th, the Dickinson County Board of Supervisors will consider and take possible action on a “resignation agreement” with County Attorney Amy Zenor. Zenor was charged with public intoxication after allegedly showing up at the courthouse intoxicated back on November 10th of this year. Zenor has pled not guilty to the charge and a non-jury trial is set for February 9th, 2023. A motion has also been filed requesting a special prosecutor be appointed in the case due to conflict of interest concerns.
