(Spencer)– A Spencer man was taken into custody November 1st on warrants after being arrested in Clay county for allegedly driving drunk.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Cody Quail was charged with operating while intoxicated…1st offense, following a traffic stop. It was also discovered Quail was wanted on a drug-related charges out of Texas and Illinois. Bond on the Texas warrant was set at $7,500 with a $20,000 bond on the Illinois warrant.
