(Sibley)– An Ocheyedan man has been charged with harassment and making terroristic threats.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Zachary Sik was arrested October 30th and was charged with two counts of harassment in the 1st degree and two counts of threats of terrorism. Sik was being held on a $10,000 bond.
