(Milford)– A public hearing that was scheduled for the October 24th Milford City Council meeting on a proposal to change airport hangar leases from two years to 15 is being postponed indefinitely.
An email from city officials says the Milford Airport Commission voted Tuesday to table the hearing until members gather more information from the study and to hear more information from other municipalities first.
The study on the Milford Airport, also known as Fuller Airport, was ordered based on a proposal from the Spirit of Okoboji group, which wants to purchase the airport to construct a recreational/sports complex on the site.
