(Adel)– A man with ties to the Iowa Great Lakes was killed Monday in a traffic accident in Dallas county. The Iowa State Patrol says 75-year-old Larry Adams of Boone was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Adams was curator of the Higgins Museum of National Bank Notes in Okoboji. Troopers say he was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with a semi.
