(Orleans)– Some big changes are coming to city administration in Orleans. The City Council Monday evening approved the resignation of Don Hemphill has City Attorney effective this coming December 31st. Hemphill says he’s wanting to have more free time as he nears retirement.
Longtime City Clerk Vrenae Daly announced she plans to resign sometime in the next couple of months or so. Daly has been in that position a little more than 14 years.
