(Spencer)– Minor injuries were reported in a two vehicle collision Tuesday at the intersection of Highways 10 and 71 in Clay county.
Authorities say Nitosha Kelsey of Alta was driving a 2017 Jeep southbound on Highway 71 and Debbra Feltner of Lakeside was driving a 2009 Lincoln northbound. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says Kelsey attempted to make a left turn in front of Feltner, resulting in a collision.
Both drivers were taken by ambulance to Spencer hospital.
Kelsey was cited for failure to yield.
Disabling damage was reported to both vehicles.
The collision took place shortly before 3:00 pm.
