(Estherville)– The board of trustees of Iowa Lakes Community College were presented with the donation of a tool box during their regular monthly meeting Tuesday.
The box, donated by Snap-On Tools, is valued at roughly 13-thousand dollars. Equipment in it will be used by students in the college’s Auto Collision and Paint Technology program.
In other business, ILCC trustees approved early retirement requests for nine staff members who will be leaving the college this coming June 30th.
Trustees also held a public hearing on the issuance of 1.57 million dollars in Dormitory Revenue Bonds for the construction of a six-plex housing unit at the Estherville campus.
They also reviewed training agreements with Country Maid and Brown Medical, along with hearing various reports and updates.
The trustees next meeting is set for April 20th in Algona.
