(Ashton)– An investigation by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office landed an Ashton man in jail on assault and drug charges.
Deputies say it started back on April 2nd when they were called to a report of an assault at an Ashton residence. A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 32-year-old Michael Arms-Adair on a charge of assault…a simple misdemeanor. He was booked into the Osceola county jail on suspicion of assault a member of his family.
Authorities say a continuation of their investigation resulted in them conducting a consent search of Adair’s residence the next day. It resulted in the discovery of what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia. Adair was then also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…also a simple misdemeanor.
