(Fostoria)– An allegend incident Friday morning has resulted in a charge being filed against a Fostoria man. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Jason Jones was taken into custody around 8:30 a.m. at a residence in Fostoria. Authorities were called to the location after receiving a 9-1-1 call. They had to forcibly enter the residence when no one answered the door.
Jones has been charged with third offense domestic abuse-assault…a class “D” felony. He was also wanted on a Dickinson county warrant for contempt of court. Jones is being held in the Clay county jail on bond of 9,750-dollars.
A female who was at the residence sought treatment for minor injuries.
