Change In Board Of Directors At Arts-Way

(Armstrong)– There’s been a change in the heirarchy at Arts-Way Manufacturing in Armstrong.

J. Ward McConnell, Jr. has resigned from the company’s board of directors. McConnell had been on the board since 1996. He cites personal reasons in his decision to step down.

Marc H. McConnell was appointed as an interim director until the 2002 annual meeting of shareholders.

Arts-Way Manufactures and distributes farm machinery products.
