(Okoboji)– The Crawford county attorney has been charged with public intoxication in connection with an alleged incident over the weekend in the Iowa Great Lakes.
Okoboji police say 51-year-old Thomas E. Gustafson was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over around 2:45 a.m. Sunday for a traffic stop. Authorities say Gustafson got out of the vehicle and took off on foot. He was found after a brief search.
Gustafson was charged with public intoxication and booked into the Dickinson county jail.
