(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man has been reappointed to the Iowa Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council.
Jeff Messerole is the Mobile Intensive Care Services Manager at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. He has already served two-years on the council. Messerole’s reappointment is for a three-year term.
The Iowa EMS Advisory Council is made up of physicians, physician assistants, nurses, paramedics and firefighters.
It advises the Bureau of EMS on matters of protocol development, legislative proposals and quality assurance issues regarding emergency medical services in the state of Iowa.
