(Rock Rapids)– Charges have been filed against three teens…accusing them of planting a video camera in a girls locker room. The incident allegedly took place at Central Lyon High School in Rock Rapids last year.
19-year-old Wade DeGroot was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor for making and distributing the videotapes. He is also charged with possession of videotapes that sexually exploit minors.
Also charged are Josh Markus and Geoff Groen…both 19. They were charged with possession of the videotapes.
All three were seniors at the school at the time.
DeGroot faces up to 16 years in jail if convicted. The other two could face up to a year in jail.
