(Arnolds Park)– The city of Arnolds Park is again reassessing a 28E agreement it has with Center Grove township for fire protection.
The city council last night decided to meet with all the parties involved on September 26th.
The same issue was debated a year ago. And Arnolds Park Mayor Steve Dulin says the city’s concern over liability remains the same. He wants to make sure the city would be held harmless if for some reason the fire department could not put out a fire due to a circumstance beyond it’s control.
The current 28E agreement expires this coming January 7th.
