(Spirit Lake)– A commission that will oversee how money collected through a 28E agreement for water quality improvement in Dickinson county held its first meeting last night.
Every city and the county have representatives on the commission.
Orville Berg, West Okoboji’s representative, was elected chairman.
The commission’s next meeting will be held September 24th at 7:00 p.m. at the Arnolds Park City Hall.
The commission will start to identify potential projects that could be funded by the newly formed 28E.
