(Okoboji)– Meeting in special session Tuesday, the Okoboji City Council decided to get bids on a storm sewer project. The work would be done between Depot and Sanborn Avenues. City Administrator Dennis Daly says the project has an estimated cost of between 110-thousand and 150-thousand dollars.
The council set a bidletting for October 10th.
The project is scheduled for completion by this coming November 30th.
Daly says it’s important the project be done soon to accomodate construction of a new church in the area.
