Archer Man Accused Of Bootlegging And Allowing Indecent Exposure

November 23, 2014

(Primghar)– An Archer man has been charged with bootlegging and allowing public indecent exposure in certain establishments.

The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office filed the charges against 45-year-old Steven Michael Bush as the result of a search warrant executed around 11:30 p.m. Saturday at the Archer Cafe.

A criminal complaint alleges Bush sold or dispensed liquor and beer without a license.

A separate complaint alleges that Bush, who exercises direct control over the Archer Cafe, allowed a female dancer to expose her genitalia to public view.

Both charges are serious misdemeanors.

Bush was booked into the O’Brien County Jail and was released after posting bond of 3,900-dollars.

The case is being investigated by the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol and Sanborn Police.
