(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake native will be joining Lakes Family Practice this coming summer.
Doctor Jeremy Bolluyt, a family practice physician, will join Lakes Family Practice August 1st, 2002. He’s currently completing his residency at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines…where he’s the chief resident.
Doctor Bolluyt received his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Iowa Medical Society.
Jeremy is the son of Jan and Linda Bolluyt of Spirit Lake.
