(Storm Lake)– A Storm Lake man has been sentenced to 78 months in prison after pleading guilty to illegally returning to the United States after having been deported. 31-year-old Jorge Alejandro Rodriguez recently pled guilty to the charge in U-S district court. He was sentenced Monday.
According to court documents, Rodriguez was indicted by a U-S grand jury for illegally returning to the U-S after having been deported to Mexico for having an extensive criminal history.
