(Spirit Lake)– The Good Neighbor Fund of Spirit Lake and Okoboji is 4,900 dollars short of reaching its 54-thousand dollar goal. Good Neighbor President Bob Bergquist says they’ll be conducting a “clean-up” drive over the next week or so to raise the remainder.
The Good Neighbor Fund Board has elected Curt Johnson as its President for the upcoming year…succeeding Bergquist who is retiring. Johnson is the Senior Vice-President of Bank Midwest of Okoboji. Sharlene Eckard was re-elected Secretary and Cheryl Harms Treasurer.
