(Sibley)– A Harris man has been accused of sexually abusing a child.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Chad Moore of Harris was arrested Wednesday. He was charged with one count of sexual abuse in the second degree…a class “B” felony; two counts of sexual abuse in the third degree…class “C” felonies; and two counts of incest…class “D” felonies.
Authorities say the charges stem from an allegation that Moore committed a sex act with a 12-year-old child.
Moore is being held in the Osceola county jail on bond of 78-thousand dollars.
