(Arnolds Park)– Charges have been filed against two Arnolds Park teenagers accused of breaking into several residents in the Pillsbury Point area of Arnolds Park.
Police say they were responding to a burglar alarm at 143 Pillsbury Point around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, an officer observed several subjects fleeing on foot. He was able to track two of them to their residence. Based on an investigation, officers took a 14 and 15-year-old into custody. Their names weren’t released. The two were charged with burglary in the third degree. Authorities say upon further investigation they learned an additional 15-year-old was involved. That subject was also taken into custody and charged with burglary in the third degree.
Police say two residences were actually broken into and entry into two others was attempted. Officials say their investigation continues.
