DCMH Continues Contract Negotiations With Union

November 23, 2014

(Spirit Lake)– The second round of contract talks between Dickinson County Memorial Hospital and the union representing eight members of its mobile intensive care services got under way Thursday.

The hospital presented its proposal in reponse to the union’s initial offer January 3rd. The hospital is proposing a four and-a-half percent increase in wages and benefits. The union’s request is substantially higher.

Talks between the two sides are tentatively scheduled to resume January 24th.

The new contract goes in effect this coming July 1st.
