(Le Mars)– Lisa Boss has been released from jail on bond.
Boss was being held as a material witness in the death of her son, Timothy. Authorities believed he was killed two years ago. Donald Boss remains in the Plymouth county jail on 250-thousand dollars bond.
Lisa Boss was released Friday after Judge Robert Dull refused to lower her 250-thousand dollar bond but ruled she could be released as long as limits were put on travel and that she remain under house arrest. She also must wear an electronic monitoring device and is under 24-hour supervision.
Lisa Boss was taken into custody January 5th in Columbus, Montana where she had fled with nine of her children. She left Iowa as her husband, Donald Boss, was being interrogated by authorities.
Donald Boss has been charged with first degree murder.
