(Sioux City)– A Wallingford man has been sentenced in U-S District Court on a firearms charge.
39-year-old Todd Alan Friesner was sentenced to 33 months in jail and three years supervised release. He was also ordered to pay a special assessment of 100-dollars.
Friesner had pleaded guilty previously to one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
He was arrested by the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms as the result of a search warrant executed on his residence February 3rd, 2001. It turned up a number of firearms.
Friesner has a prior felony conviction of going armed with intent in Emmet county on or about March 23, 1987.
