(Remsen)– Plymouth county authorities returned Tuesday to the house in Remsen where Donald and Lisa Boss once lived.
Sheriff Mike Van Otterloo says nothing was seized…describing it as a “routine walk-through”.
Donald Boss was charged January 2nd in the death of his son, Timothy. Lisa Boss fled the same day with nine of the couple’s children. She was taken into custody January 5th at a motel in Montana and was held as a material witness. She has since been released on bond.
Officials with the Iowa Department of Human Services said Wednesday all 10 of the Boss children had been returned to Iowa and placed in foster homes.
Van Otterloo says authorities continue to actively investigate the case and that finding Timothy’s body remains a high priority.
