(Arnolds Park)– No injuries were reported in a mid-morning fire Tuesday at an Arnolds Park trailer house.
Okoboji-Arnolds Park Fire Chief Steve Dulin tells KUOO news they were called to the Diane Ingelkey residence at Hillcrest Trailer Park around 10:00 this morning.
Upon arriving, Dulin says firefighters found heavy smoke and flames going across the ceiling of a bedroom. He says firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
Dulin says an overheated heat tape started some surrounding insulation on fire in a wall.
Dulin says the occupants were allowed to return to the trailer after airing it out.
No injuries were reported.
