(Spencer)– The Regional Events Center project at the Clay county fairgrounds is entering a new phase.
Phil Hurts, the fair’s General Manager, tells KUOO news a series of meetings will be held Thursday and Friday with potential users of the facility. Hurst says input from the meetings will be incorporated in a final design of the facility to be prepared by the architect.
Plans call for a bidletting late this coming summer with construction getting underway after this year’s fair with completion by the start of the 2003 fair.
