(Spirit Lake)– Dickinson County Recorder Jan Bortscheller has announced her intention to seek re-election.
She says modernizing county government is a top priority these days. She’s also hopeful the county can be brought together through some sort of compromise on the courthouse issue.
Bortscheller, a Spirit Lake Democrat, has served 10 years as Dickinson County Recorder.
