(Primghar)– Drug charges have been filed against two teenagers as the result of a traffic stop last weekend in Primghar.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says deputies stopped a 1989 Oldsmobile Saturday that was being driven by a 17-year-old female from Sioux City. During the stop, a deputy found a small amount of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The female, who’s name wasn’t released, and a passenger, 19-year-old Tony Soule, were taken to the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
Soule was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. He was released on bond.
The 17-year-old female was charged with driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. She was released to her parents and will appear in juvenile court at a later date.
