(Spirit Lake)– There are now races for both the Republican and Democratic nominations for the second district seat on the Dickinson county board of supervisors.
On the Republican side, Dale Kimball of rural Spirit Lake, who filed Friday, will square off against Mardi Allen of rural Arnolds Park.
On the Democratic ticket, Mike Koppert, a Arnolds Park City Council member, filed Friday. He’ll go up against Ron Eick of Terril in the June primary.
The possibility of more people running still exists as the filing period doesn’t close until March 27th.
The district four seat will also sport a race for the June Primary. There are races for both the Republican and Democratic nominations in that district as well.
