(Spirit Lake)– Wayne Northey Monday put to rest rumors and speculation that he would not run again for a seat on the Dickinson County Board of Supervisors. Northey officially filed for the Republican nomination for the District one seat. He’s the only Republican to file so far for that seat. Paul Hodge has filed as a Democrat for District one.
