(Sioux City)– An Arnolds Park man has been charged in federal court with two counts of possession of child pornography.
The charge against 26-year-old Markis Joel Revland is contained in an indictment returned Friday by a federal grand jury.
Revland is accused of knowingly possessing multiple images of child pornography in or about March of 2001.
If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison, a 500-thousand dollar fine, or both.
The case was investigated by the Arnolds Park Police Department and the U-S Postal Inspection Service.
