(Spirit Lake)– The Dickinson County Board of Supervisors Tuesday directed architect Mark Aspaas to draw up plans and specifications to re-shingle the 1891 portion of the courthouse and to repair it’s gutters and downspouts. The projects will be bid separately.
Restoring the brick on the 1891 building was also briefly brought up. That had Supervisor David Gottsche drawing a line in the sand…saying he supports fixing the windows and roof, but he warned he’ll vote against anything beyond that.
