(Lake Park)– Two people were injured, one seriously, in a two-vehicle collision Saturday night near Lake Park.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says Brian Taber of Lake Park was northbound on 150th Avenue while Wade Gebert of Hartley was believed to be westbound on Highway nine. Authorities say the two collided in the intersection. Both vehicles wound up in the northwest ditch.
Taber and Gebert was taken by ambulance to Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. Taber was transferred by air to a Sioux Falls hospital.
The mishap took place around 10:30 Saturday night. It remains under investigation by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office and Iowa State Patrol.
